ON OCTOBER 1, 2013, APPEAL COURT IN CARLISLE, PA THREW OUT THE GREEN LIGHTS TICKET. click HERE to see the ruling!
PROSECUTION THEN WITHDREW ALL THE OTHER 'CHRISTMAS' LIGHTS CHARGES : )
The oathbreaker officer's badge
number and signature is on the ticket, unfortunately I can't read his
name.
The oathbreaker magistrate is
Honorable Jessica Brewbaker.
I HAD TO REMOVE ALL THE FLOWERS,
ABOUT 70 FEET OF GARLANDS, AS THERE WERE SEVERAL STRINGS OF LIGHTS GLUED INTO
THEM. THERE WAS NO WAY TO
SEPARATE THEM WITHOUT TEARING UP THE FLOWERS. ALSO, SOME
OTHER ITEMS HAD TO BE
REMOVED IF THEY WERE BEING
SUPPORTED BY THE LIGHTS. A COUPLE OF THINGS BROKE WHILE I WAS TRYING TO REMOVE
THE LIGHTS. THERE USUALLY
ARE SOME SUCH CASUALTIES DURING
DECONSTRUCTION. OF COURSE, THE MEMORIAL DAY
SIGNS ON THE ROOF HAD TO COME
OFF --- ON MEMORIAL DAY. THAT SIGN IS COVERED WITH 'PROHIBITED' ORNAMENTAL
LIGHTS.

THE SIGN ON THE
FRONT DOOR IS ON BOTH SIDES, AND WILL STAY THERE
UNTIL FREEDOM VAN IS AGAIN IN ALL HER
BEAUTIFUL GLORY. Right now, I have no idea when that will be. I have several court dates and events coming up, and don't know when I can work on her. Meanwhile, I'll be traveling in Liberty Van, which is just about to turn 367,000 miles.
HERE IS a FLYER about WHAT will fix this, besides officers and/or magistrates just realizing they SHOULD HONOR THEIR OATH TO DEFEND THE CONStitutioN: FlyerPAlneedExceptionLightLawC.jpg
Two reasons I will persist in traveling this way (with my
art cars), besides that I feel CALLED to do it, are,<br> 1) I will
NEVER get tired of looking at this magnificent country. 2) I don't think I
will ever get tired of meeting all the different people I meet from one end of
this country to the other. Each are as individual as snowflakes.
God loves every single one of them.
I have a whole notebook full from this one trip alone, and
no time right now to type that all up, or the flyer either for that
matter.
But I am going to make time right now to tell you about
just one of them. I will probably be up all night, and driving with no
sleep early am,
as I have an appointment about 3 hours from me at 10 am,
so will have to get up very early tomorrow.
One evening in PA, I was parked on 2nd St. in
Harrisburg,
writing in my notebook, and enjoying the passing
traffic. A middle eastern looking gentleman came to my driver window, and
asked
me what this was. I told him it is an art car, and
handed him one of my flyers. He looked at it for a few minutes, then
handed it back to
me and told me he had a gift for me. I never ask
people to give me anything, but if they have been moved to offer something, I
don't
reject them. He went away, then came back a few
minutes later. He had in both hands a very wet crumpled looking piece of
paper,
that looked like it had a watercolor painting on it.
He told me it was made by a young Turkish girl, who wanted to give it to
me. So,
I laid it to dry on the back of one of my extra laminated
posters on my van bed.
I'd been through quite a few experiences in just the
past few weeks, a couple of them completely new to
me, such as getting arrested
---TWICE. I've been to court 3 or 4 times (losing
track of those unless I look at my calendar), in several
different states, and will have
put about 8,600 miles on Freedom Van in just four weeks
(when I get home from PA). That is probably a new
record, even for me.
During these weeks, I drove to Houston, TX and back, and
enjoyed four days at the Houston Art Car Parade, and
haven't yet had time
to put up even one picture from that. I hadn't yet
been home that month (June), and wouldn't be for at
least three more days. Made it
home for the first time in the month on June 7.
Looking at my calendar, I found I had only been home a
total of five days the entire
month of May. Though a few times I'd felt tears
threaten, none had fallen through ALL of that. Suddenly, sitting in a
Wal-mart parking
lot (again - what else??<G>), my face was
streaming. I'd gone in and gotten my bed time snack of Haagen-daz
(chocolate), and a
frame for the Turkish girl's painting. I had put the
girl's simple, but quite lovely picture into the frame, and put a sticker on the
back
with this notation,
"presented to me on 6/3/13 at about 8:30 pm,
on 2nd St, in Harrisburg, PA, by a man. He
said it was made by a young
Turkish girl who
wanted to give it to me. I did not get to meet
her, possibly because she is Muslim(?),
she must have seen the
van(?)"
(and remember, this was a few days AFTER I stripped
it.
I was hanging around because on Monday - the next day
- I visited the Statehouse,
and also saw my new lawyer. I have lawyers in 4
states now.)
It was suddenly in my heart that the gentleman must have
been her father, or brother, or something.
I was just plain overwhelmed with amazement at all
the many different ways so many different people react to these art
cars.
I see God working EVERYWHERE I go with them.
Here is the painting,
It is hanging on my wall, and this girl, whoever she is,
where ever she is, she is in my prayers (as are so many other folks I meet
while
on the road)..

I also do my best NOT to
allow my God Given Rights to be trampled.
NO one is paying me anything to do
anything. I'm a 'ticked off' grandma from Kentucky.
It doesn't get ANY more 'grassroots' than
that. All my projects are 100% PRIVATELY funded.
They are also about 99.9% PERSONALLY
funded. Since I am not actually 'rich', I may end
up a bag lady. I am doing what I
am CALLED to do, and using EVERY inspiration,
talent, and resource
God has blessed me with.
It all belongs to Him, anyway.
Liberty Van and Freedom Van are my Hosanna
Afghan Hounds dog show mobiles.
The dogs are not a 'business', but a very
expensive HOBBY. We have finished,
or produced (so far) 22 AKC Champions, and
a Grand Champion.
Since there is only me, and I'm on the road
so much, my older pages may be out of date,
and may not work well with newer
hardware/software/browsers. Most of the older stuff
was done with IE. I do not have the
resources to test everything with everything, so
to serve the priority of getting info up, I
am shifting to much more simple methods,
which SHOULD work with just about
anything. It may not be as 'pretty' as I could do
it,
but given my time constraints, it's the
best I can do.
Being on the road as much as I have been
would probably be impossible, but 27 years
ago God blessed me with the most wonderful
husband, John Farley. He's a 'home body',
hates to go anywhere, but he agrees with me
about EVERY WORD I put on those vans,
and he supports my every effort. He
fixes my lights on the vans, and helps me with
technical support at home. We met
when we shared an office at IBM - he's an engineer
(retired). He holds the fort down
here, caring for kids, grandkids, and of course the dogs.
Some of the kids help me from time to time
with the vans, mostly with deconstruction,
when changing them from one season to
another. I pay them for their work, they are
not slave labor. My 6 kids range
in age from 43-18, and they are ALL AWESOME.
Only Michael, the youngest, is still at
home, and he will be starting boot camp to
become a Marine in May,
2013.
"Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be
able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not
against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers,
against the rulers of the darkness of
this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore
take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the
evil day,
and having done all, to stand." Ephesians 6:11-13
I have pledged my life, my treasure, and my
sacred honor to the service of God and my country.

Lyrics - The Voice of Truth - Casting Crowns
Oh what I would do to have the kind of faith it takes to climb out of this boat again, onto the crashing waves, to step out of my comfort zone, into the realm of the unknown, where Jesus is, and he's holding out his hand
but the waves are calling out my name, and they laugh at me, reminding me of all the times I tried before and failed, The waves they keep on telling me, time and time again, boy, you never win - you never win
But the voice of truth tells me a different story, the voice of truth says do not be afraid and The voice of truth says this is for my glory, out of all the voices calling out to me, I will CHOOSE TO LISTEN and BELIEVE THE VOICE OF TRUTH.
Oh what I would do to have the kind of strength it takes to stand before a giant, with just a sling and a stone, surrounded by the sound of a thousand warriors, shaking in their armor, wishing they'd of had the strength to stand,
But the giant's calling out my name, and he laughs at me, reminding me of all the times I tried before and failed, The giant keeps on telling me, time and time again, boy, you never win - you never win
But the voice of truth tells me a different story, the voice of truth says do not be afraid and The voice of truth says this is for my glory, out of all the voices calling out to me, I will CHOOSE TO LISTEN and BELIEVE THE VOICE OF TRUTH.
but the stone was just the right thing, and the waves they don't seem so high _________ I'll soar with the wings of eagles, when I stop and listen to the sound of Jesus________
The voice of truth tells me a different story, the voice of truth says do not be afraid and The voice of truth says this is for my glory, out of all the voices calling out to me, I will CHOOSE TO LISTEN and BELIEVE THE VOICE OF TRUTH. I will CHOOSE TO LISTEN and BELIEVE THE VOICE OF TRUTH.
I will listen and believe I will listen and believe the voice of truth
I will listen and believe, cause Jesus you are the voice of truth and I will listen to you - you are
